As a volunteer-led club, sponsorship and fundraising allow us to keep sessions affordable, develop coaches and volunteers, and give young athletes opportunities they might otherwise miss.

1) Facility & Event Support
Pool hire for a competition or club event – £250
Enables us to run an official event for our swimmers and the wider community.
2) Coaching Development
Fund a Level 1 Swimming or Water Polo qualification for a poolside helper – £450
Directly increases coach-to-swimmer ratios and long-term coaching capacity.Safeguarding training for 10 volunteers – £350
Ensures a safe, well-trained volunteer network.
3) Athlete Support
Sponsor a swimmer or water polo player for a full season – £576
Supports a young athlete with clear potential, where family finances are a barrier.
4) Competition & Travel
Coach travel to a major meet – Cost varies
Includes optional social media recognition, such as a short thank-you video from swimmers.Travel support for a water polo tournament – Cost varies
Helps teams access regional and national competitions.
5) Everyday Club Support
Equipment & session resources – From £50+
Including swimming equipment, water polo balls, admin materials… and an ambitious annual supply of whiteboard pens for our coaches!
Thank you to those who have already helped the club!
We have managed to source new hats for all swimmers, provide additional kits to the water polo and swim team, and help train the volunteers to ensure we comply with Swim England and Swim21 rules and regulations. The club received its new trophy cabinet which is now on display at the entrance of the leisure centre and we cannot wait to fill it with more trophies.
